Individual & Collective Craniosacral Integration

I initially obtained a Degree in Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London in 2015. I subsequently went on to complete training as a Cranio-Sacral Therapist at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy, London in 2021. Having trained during the periods of lockdown, I quickly learnt how to work beyond hands-on and to reach a person’s energy field remotely, facilitating communication heart-to-heart.

Through a process of empathetic entrainment, I attune to the other person’s field through my own body, which allows me to locate energy blockages. This act of witnessing for another is what stimulates their system’s innate ability to begin healing. Whether giving treatments in person or online, I work very closely with the client, trusting the process as it unfolds and asking questions when needed, at other times, quietly adjusting and balancing energies in a relaxed, meditative atmosphere. I work with individuals, families, and relational dynamics in different contexts.

I have also worked successfully with animals both in person and at distance, starting in 2020 when I first worked with sheep whilst on a visit to my mother’s farm. I then moved on to working with horses professionally from 2021. In late 2022 I adopted a stray dog in need of a home and requiring regular treatments. I have continued to work with other pets ever since.
